A training on Proposal Writing and Fund Raising Techniques was organised for three new Community Based Organisations (CBOs). These CBOs have deep roots in their area and have complete knowledge of social and economic conditions of women living in their villages. The existence of CBOs in villages is more essential for sustainability of the project, Promotion of Women Rights and Capacity Development in Punjab (PWRCDP), as they can help reduce domestic violence against women by referring the cases to CSC’s legal assistance cell.
