For the last 18 months, CSC has inspired and motivated 37 individuals in Sheikhupura to start up their own community based organisations (CBOs) through different training sessions and workshops. In a ‘Walk Through Session’ held by CSC, the individuals were each presented with a PKR. 25000 cheque as a seed money to begin their own ventures as CBOs at the end of the 3 year long project: ‘Promotion of Women Rights in Punjab & Capacity Development’.
