In rural areas of Pakistan, livestock’s management is the basic duty of women. They manage buffaloes, sheep, goats and hens. Sharqpur Tehsil is mostly a rural area where most of the people work in agriculture or livestock production. CSC organized Two days livestock management Training for rural women. These women cannot participate in the economic activities due to low literacy rate, however they can contribute and play their role in livestock management at local level. The training provides opportunity to improve skill and knowledge of rural women to manage livestock in better way and earn income.
